OUR STORY
Located in the picturesque town of Stone Ridge, NY, Butterfield Restaurant now offers an exceptional off-premise catering experience showcasing the finest of Hudson Valley cuisine. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Jesse Frederick, our team combines fresh local ingredients from our trusted farm partners to craft delightful, playful, and unforgettable dishes. Our menus capture the essence of each season, from vibrant spring and summer flavors to comforting fall and winter fare.
Indulge in our carefully curated bar selections, featuring seasonal and signature cocktails, as well as zero-proof options - highlighting small producers from the Hudson Valley, Catskills, and beyond. Our natural wine list presents a harmonious blend of classic and adventurous choices, accompanied by an array of New York State cider and craft beer options.

OUR MENUS
At Butterfield Catering, the menus are inspired by our lush gardens, the surrounding farmlands and a commitment to seasonality. We believe that the freshest ingredients, grown with care then artfully prepared, make for the most delicious and memorable meals.
Our featured ‘Annuals’ are a celebration of the fleeting flavors of each season, showcasing unique ingredients that are available for a limited time. From delicate spring peas and juicy summer berries to hearty fall squash and bitter winter chicories, we allow the ingredients to shine and create dishes that are both beautiful and delicious.
Meanwhile, our ‘Perennial’ mainstays are some of Chef Jesse's year-round favorites, highlighting the versatility and timelessness of certain ingredients. These dishes are like old friends - always there when you need them, and always delicious.
